Conference Welcome Reception (Monday 26th of August)

In the beautiful Salle des Illustres, 12th century Toulouse City Hall, the room’s walls are decorated with giant paintings from the 13th century, or at the Brasserie Le Florida (Typical French Brasserie, in front of Toulouse City hall and Capitole Square)
 

RILEM Banquet (Tuesday 27th of August)

This dinner reserved to RILEM Officers will take place at the Restaurant le Moaï (in the same building as Toulouse Natural History Museum). A private visit of the Toulouse Natural History Museum will be organised.
 
 

RILEM conference dinner (Wednesday 28th August)

Rooftop of the Toulouse main library, with a 360° view over Toulouse and the Pyrenees.
 
 

Other Social Activities

Toulouse offers many attractive leisure places:
  • Historical heritage: many beautiful buildings,bridges, and museums from the 12th-19th centuries
  • Halle de la Machine (giant mobile machines)
  • Aeronautical museums and leisure parks (Space City, Aeroscopia Museum, etc.)
