The 78th RILEM Week will be held in conjunction with the RILEM Conference on Sustainable Materials & Structures (SMS 2024): Meeting the major challenges of the 21st century in Toulouse, France, from 25 to 30 August 2024.

This event will feature several key events for the worldwide community of building materials and structures.

"It is a pleasure to have the RILEM week back in France 11 years after the one organized in Paris in 2013. During these 10 years, we have all felt a continuously growing need for accelerated action to adapt to climate change.

I fully trust that our friends and colleagues in Toulouse will prepare for us an exciting program that will showcase the latest ideas and achievements in order to close the gap between existing society adaptation and what is needed for climate neutrality."
